BDG, in partnership with CH Realty and Declaration Partners, acquired a +/- 333,000 square foot Class A industrial property in Perris, California in September, 2021. Construction of the property was completed with 36’ ceiling heights, 46 loading docks, and approximately 8,000 square feet of office space.
Perris is located in California’s Inland Empire, a location integral to many Fortune 500 tenants and industrial investors due to its proximity to the Ports of Los Angeles and Long Beach, Ontario International Airport and 900 miles of interstate highways. The property is located between I-215 and I-15, only 20 miles south of I-10 and has access to 24 million Southern California residents – an ideal location for a distribution facility.
