Overview
Building 82 project consists of the design and construction of 33,719 SF transient storage hangar and tenant improvement build-out work.
Construction included Office Program for three (3) separate charter companies in compliance with regulatory requirements and other Aviation industry standards.
Heating and cooling for each space and major duct or pipe runs sized to interface with structural and architectural building components.
Mechanical equipment and distribution systems.
Electrical equipment – distribution panels, power distribution, etc. to specialty aircraft systems.
Installation of electrical devices for typical office spaces including power receptacles, computer, telephone, TV, light switches, closed circuit TV, fire alarm, security and intercom devices; emergency lighting and fire alarm devices.
Aircraft apron, vehicular access road and parking; earthwork, drainage, primary electrical service, sewer, fire and domestic water.
The construction budget is $15 million.
