BDG Construction will serve as construction manager on the 2350 Jericho Turnpike job.  Construction is anticipated to start in July 2015.  The original, aging building will be demolished to clear the site for a new center consisting of approximately 38,500 square feet.  The Property will consist of a two-level, 32,500 square foot L.A. Fitness and a 6,000 square foot retail building.  To accomodate the new layout the site will be graded and new drainage, lighting, asphalt, and landscaping will be installed.  All new utilities will be brought to the site including: electric, gas, and telephone.
