Overview
BDG Construction acted as construction manager overseeing the construction of a 2 story 27,000 square foot new mixed use building. Rock excavation was performed in the basement. The building was made from structural steel with a brick and EIFS facade and includes executive offices, a manufacturing space and packaging/shipping/receiving areas. The internal loading dock has a freight elevator.
