BDG has completed major construction and transformation of Universal’s Manhattan office spaces into vibrant work environments to further motivate and inspire the company’s musical ambitions.

BDG has constructed the major reconfiguration of floor area in Universal’s offices for IGA Records and Republic Records, along with the building’s eighth floor at 1755 Broadway. BDG exercised great prowess and craftsmanship with this large space. The project included the conversion of an open performance space into offices and work areas. To maintain the balance and the function of the space, another aesthetically pleasing and notably purposeful performance area was created through the demolition of a conference room. All of the executive offices were redesigned and reconstructed into personalized spaces for the executive officers of the company. Finally, work areas were constructed and positioned throughout the space.
