BDG Construction was the construction manager for the building of the DOC offices in Bulova Corporate Center in Queens, NY.   Approximately 150,000 square feet of existing office space was demolished.  BDG hired and coordinated Arch/Engineer with DOC requirements. The build out included approximately 150,000 square feet of interior office space with new roof top units. This involved coordinating with LaGuardia Airport and airplane flight paths with the rigging of the new HVAC units.  A new 3,000 square foot data center was also included in the new facility.
