BDG Construction will serve as construction manager on the 41 Great Jones Street in which construction is anticipated to start in February 2015.  The project entails demolition of approximately 15,000 SF of existing interior office space and adding an additional floor which triggers approval from Landmarks Preservation.  The façade of the building will be completely restored back to its original 1940’s look.  The property will be broken up in 3 residential units, with all new utilities/elevator and high end finishes.
