BDG Construction served as the owner’s representative for East River Plaza, a multi-level 500,000 square foot retail project with an attached 1,250-space parking facility spanning 3 city blocks in Manhattan, NY. The project included the demolition of a former wire factory and subsequent environmental cleanup through New York State’s Brownfield Cleanup Program. The site is Manhattan’s first and only “Big Box” retail development offering floor plates ranging in size from 85,000 square feet to 145,000 square feet.
