BDG Construction served as Construction Manager on this project.   The project was a complete interior renovation of an existing medical office conversion to a dental facility.  The BDG team worked with ownership to understand the client objectives and requirements for the project, working with the Architect and Dental Equipment Supplier to schedule the project from start to completion.

BDG scope of services included bid package preparation, procurement and selection of the Abatement Contractor and General Contractor, on-site monitoring, working with building management to schedule work as to not interfere with tenants in the occupied building.
