Combining Phase I and Phase II, Blumenfeld Development Group successfully created a +/- 425,000 Square foot retail power center in South Setauket, New York. Since the summer of 1999, Home Depot operated at Phase II of Nicolls Plaza and was soon joined by Best Buy who opened in 2000. Nicolls Plaza II is conveniently located off of Route 347 (Nesconset Highway) and Nicolls Road.
