BDG Construction acted as construction manager and owner’s representative for the Lake Grove Commons in Lake Grove, NY.  This entailed demolishing 60,000 SF of an existing 120,000 SF Sports Plus facility and the building of a 48,000 SF Whole Foods shell, 14,000 SF Petco from foundations through finishes and a 8,000 SF retail building from foundations through finishes.  All utilities, grading drainage and parking of the site was reconfigured.
