Project Overview

SBI achieved a modern look for this residence on the Upper East Side by designing a stainless steel kitchen with top of the line appliances and installing dark wood flooring throughout the apartment.  The living room sofa and chairs keep in line with the minimalist feel to the space while motorized shades add functionality and are esthetically pleasing.  The bathroom was redesigned for a luxurious feel and boasts marble tile throughout and polished stainless fixtures.  All are enhanced with back lit mirrors.
