Overview

Blumenfeld Development Group served as the construction manager and general contractor on this project.  The existing building was a manufacturing plant that was reduced in size and converted to a high end office space. The steel frame building now has a floor to ceiling glass curtain wall and white metal accent panels. The limestone feature wall that stretches over the roof was designed to create the entrance to Blumenfeld Development Group’s headquarters.  It has won numerous accolades for being one of Long Island’s best office spaces and most creative redevelopments.
